NSC is a non-profit organization under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Annually, at the club's Fall Meeting, a Board of Directors is elected to oversee operations for the upcoming year. The Board (which includes five officers - President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Clerk) meets at least quarterly.
The NSC is a member of the League of American Bicyclists (LAB#2037511).
