Due to its pleasant byways and post-ride watering hole, the Flatbread 40 is becoming a regular ride this season for the Wednesday lunch riders. The ride includes low-volume roads in Topsfield, Ipswich, Middleton and North Andover. The scenery includes numerous ponds, historic homes, and several working farms. There are short stretches on busier roads, but these generally have good pavement and adequate shoulders.
The post-ride lunch will be at the Flatbread Restaurant, wch offers an assortment of satisfying pizzas, salads, and brews.
Restrooms are available at the ride start.
Riders should park in the area closest to the road, away from the building.
